    "content": "I want the Committee to re-look at the provisions of the Bill. Part VII of the Bill talks about safety of nuclear facilities and decommissioning. We know what a few grams of nuclear material in the hands of the wrong person can do to this country. We suffered a tragedy in 1997. I can imagine just having a little nuclear material in the wrong hands. We are not even talking of security here, but safety. The person who is transporting nuclear materials must ensure this safety. The person who is setting up the facility must ensure that there is adequate safety. However, I want the Committee to look at it and hopefully all of us can come up with some amendments at the Committee of the whole House. We must look at our national security at two levels.
