    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Bill. It is a leap in the future even though this is something that has been all around us in bits and pieces, particularly in the medical field and other areas. In terms of going the traditional way to supplant our greed, this is a real leap into the future. We should encourage it. It will help to spur even training in our universities and colleges in high areas both in nuclear science and production and its management, and particularly risk management. It will also spur ancillary services, study and training in ancillary services. It is a very important proposal."
