    "content": "Another area that we need to look at is where the nuclear stations or nuclear plants can be placed. There should be a minimum distance from human habitation where nuclear plants should be placed. That is an area that we also need to include in the Bill so that, at least, we can make sure that though safety has already been taken care of in the Bill it is actualised."
