    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also want to thank the Committee because the Bill indicates precautions and safe waste disposal ways. At the same time, this will help to keep the environment clean, meaning that even air pollution will be minimal. It will help the country to have sufficient power that will help to fuel the economy. Most of the places which are not connected to electricity will be in a position to get power. As we project for Vision 2030, many people will have already benefited from energy if it will be done early enough. With that, I beg to support the Bill."
