    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support the Nuclear Regulatory Bill because of its many advantages, including creating career opportunities. It is renewable energy and it is cheaper. However, I have concern about the management and regulation of energy resources in the country. In my opinion, it is a bit challenging for a country that is not well prepared. I have a concern about the technical issues associated with storage, transportation and also disposal of waste materials. We can also see that in our counties, especially Meru where I come from, we channel billions and billions towards disposal of waste materials among other tasks. However, when you visit many of our counties, you will realise that they are not clean. Waste materials are not disposed. My worry is about the toxic waste that is going to be produced by the nuclear plants. Are we able, as a country, to clean or dispose the waste materials that are going to be produced by the plants? That is my concern. Thank you."
