    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to support the Bill on nuclear energy. It is very timely and important for the Republic of Kenya. I do not support the recommendation of the Member for Molo. I went through to see how other countries handle regulation of nuclear energy. When I looked at Argentina, they have a Nuclear Regulatory Authority which reports directly to the President. It is empowered to regulate and control nuclear activities with regard to radiology and nuclear safety, physical protection and nuclear energy issues."
