    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity to ask Question No.302/2019 to the Cabinet Secretary for Education. (i) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware that Mangai, Milimani, Basuba, Kiangwi, and Mararani primary schools in Basuba Ward of Lamu County have been closed for the last four years due to insecurity and, as a result, most of the former pupils have flocked to Kiunga Ward leading to overcrowded classrooms that are now straining under scarce resources? (ii) What measures is the Ministry putting in place to facilitate primary schools in Kiunga Ward with requisite facilities such as additional classrooms, learning resources, school supplies and more teachers so as to standardise the teacher-pupil ratio?
