    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this chance to ask Question No.304/2019 to the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development. (i) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware that construction of Iten-Nyaru Road that commenced in 2017 and was scheduled to be undertaken within 30 months is yet to be completed? (ii) Could he provide reasons that are occasioning the slow construction pace of the road and further specify the timelines within which the construction shall be completed? Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
