    "content": "Those referral hospitals are meant to serve Kenyans. Usually, Kenyans travel from far to seek treatment in those referral hospitals. Our constituencies lack facilities where critical cases can be attended. So, it would be good for the Government to ensure those facilities are well funded. Also, they should employ well trained and skilled personnel in those hospitals, so that they can give good service to the patients."
