    "content": "We expect Mathari National Teaching and Referral Hospital to do more research and make sure that the Ministry of Health and our county governments allocate money to hire mental health professionals in the small hospitals. One of our Big Four Agenda is UHC. It is said that you put your food where your mouth is. The KNH has a deficit of Kshs3.6 billion as shown in this Report. If you are talking about UHC, it is quite unfortunate. The procurement of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) equipment for KNH has taken too long despite money having been allocated for it. It is quite unfortunate."
