    "content": "I hope that going forward the Departmental Committee on Health can make it their responsibility to bring a special Bill to make this hospital a parastatal like it is the case with KNH. It is good to begin there. I also pray that in the next Budget, we shall see more money going to this important hospital, serious refurbishment taking place and the adoption of the latest technology for treating mental health patients, so that we can reduce the level of crime rates and death rates caused by mental health condition."
