    "content": "The issue of health is very serious. As a House, we need to resolve that the health sector, which is devolved, should go back to the national Government. Devolution is about devolving everything including our commitment and resources. I have a case study where two months ago the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentist Board (KMPDB), which is for doctors and dentists, visited my county. When they reached my health centre, almost 20,000 patients attended the free health clinic and they realised that many Kenyans are sick and just seated in their homes. There are no health facilities offering services and they just decide to live with their diseases. So, we have to encourage our doctors to come up with programmes for visiting health facilities in rural areas so that the patients who have been denied services can access them."
