    "content": "Secondly is the issue of training of medical staff. You can never have a functional medical system or health system without well equipped, trained and motivated staff. There are many cases of medical staff going on strike and many cases of doctors being fired. As a society, we need to respect the medical staff by training, equipping and remunerating them properly so that they get motivated to offer services."
