    "content": "To add to what others have said, we need referral hospitals to be distributed evenly across the country. The Ministry of Health should work with our county governments and setup national teaching and referral hospitals in all the former provinces. For example, we can have one in Garissa, Mombasa and the one in Kisumu can be upgraded to a national referral hospital. We also need one for upper eastern, for example, in a place like Isiolo to serve Marsabit, Moyale, Samburu and other parts of upper eastern."
