    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this golden opportunity to contribute. I support this Report because there is urgent need to improve the status of our hospitals. Referral hospitals play a key role in our country. So, the National Treasury needs to speed up funding to these hospitals to enable them to improve service delivery to Kenyans. There are complaints all over the country about NHIF delaying in submitting funds to hospitals and this is frustrating many Kenyans. I support the Report."
