    "content": "The issue of health in Kenya is very serious. Generally, we have a challenge in Kenya in that the infrastructure or hospitals - the referral hospitals down to the smallest ones - are facing many challenges in terms of equipment and human resource. This is a devolved function. Many counties are saying that this item should go back to the national Government. It is because their services are not reaching the populace. This Report is timely, and I support it."
