    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support the Report by the Departmental Committee on Health. We all know that health is wealth. It is true we have too many issues, especially in our referral hospitals. I feel and recommend that all referral hospitals should be taken back to the national Government because you can see exactly what is happening in Kirinyaga and Laikipia counties. When nurses and doctors strike, our people are the ones who suffer and die every day."
