    "content": " Thank you, Hon Speaker. I want to join the Hon. Katoo ole Metito in the Statement he has made. Our relations with our neighbours in East Africa are governed by the EAC Treaty, the protocols thereunder and our Constitution. This treaty provides for a couple of things that must be done by Kenya and their neighbours. We do not operate in a vacuum.
