You need to be informed that, whichever way you are voting, you need to be very informed. What the Chair is doing is moving this amendment. If you do not like the amendment, you will say “Nay”. If you are okay with the amendment, you will say “Aye”. There are people who are walking out saying it is already passed. It is not passed."
