"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman for giving me this opportunity. I stand to support this amendment. It does three important things. One, it provides some funds to the Senate for supervision. The truth is that the Senate has a big job in supervising the counties. Two, we have had issues between us and the Senate.
