    "content": "I am a Member of the Committee, and it is true we did much starting with visiting KNH, MTRH, NSIRH and MNTRH. The findings were quite shocking. The hospitals are underfunded. It is unfortunate that during the budget, a lot of money was removed from the facilities. Let me start with Mathari National Teaching and Referral Hospital where you find sick prisoners. The facility’s state is pathetic. The roofs of the hospital are leaking and the sick prisoners are tortured both mentally and socially. They have no hope of life. So, it is good if we support the Report so that these hospitals can receive enough money."
