We have recommended that we get training positions which are paid for by the national Government so that when these doctors go for postgraduate training, they are paid through that and the counties can have their money back and even employ doctors on contract and not employ doctors for Kenyatta National Hospital. That has been said many times and we need to do it. Nobody should do full time work at no pay merely because he or she is being called a student."
