    "content": " Just to mention, as the Senate Majority Leader, we are lucky to have Sen. Moi in the House. Regarding the issue about the limitation of investigation and inquiry by the Senate and the works of committees of the Senate, I want to submit that Article 125 of Constitution provides that the Senate can summon anybody and everybody across the country. The last thing I would like to say about the point I was making is that I will read Article 94 of the Constitution for purposes of educating those who do not have knowledge about what the Constitution says. Article 94 of the Constitution provides for the roles of Parliament. In Article 93, Parliament has been defined to mean the National Assembly and the Senate. Article 94(1) states as follows:- The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate."
