    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I did not say that the National Assembly is a high school. I said that the numbers that they have is like that of a high school. The behaviour of some of their leaders is close to that of the head teachers that I saw when I was in high school. That might be the only comparison. Their behaviour brings the reputation of the House to that of a high school. I have not said that it is a high school but it does look like a high school."
