    "content": "I have avoided saying things that are related to the Division of Revenue Bill because the Chairperson of the Committee on Finance and Budget will update this House on a similar issue. It will be good if you can allow him to make the Statement before the Members react to my Statement because we are raising the same issues. Thank you for this opportunity. My colleagues should know that they are doing a good job and they should continue in the same direction. Mzalendo Trust recently appraised the Members of Parliament and in as much as Sen. Orengo and I were not ranked by virtue of our offices, we are happy that most of the Members who were ranked high are Members of this great House."
