    "content": "It is the right time for us to call for the amendment of the Constitution. It will clearly sort out these issues that we always have with the National Assembly. It is clear that every time the National Assembly has issues, it says that the Senate has done a, b, c, d, or something that is not right. We cannot keep on doing that. We are always hearing stories where they say a particular matter does not affect the Senate. I do not see anything under the sun that is before the National Assembly that does not affect county governments or the Senate.
