    "content": "I think the National Assembly Members need to acquaint themselves more with the Constitution. Maybe we need to throw the arrow back to them in the same direction it has come. The way they are saying that their mandate is to oversight the national Government, we should tell them that they have failed miserably. If you look at the debt issue - if that is what they want us to talk about - they have failed miserably. They need to tell Kenyans what they are doing in relation to the debt issue. When you look at issues of corruption, why are they not telling us what happened with the issue of laptops if they are oversighting the national Government? Why are they not telling us about the corruption issues about dams? I think Members of the National Assembly need to do their work and remove the log in their eye before they start to look at the Senate. With those few remarks, I would like to donate my time to Sen. Linturi."
