I rise to support the Statement by our Senate Majority Leader and the Chairperson of the Senate Committee on Finance and Budget. I want to state categorically that the National Assembly is on a mission to create a very toxic environment in which they want to grab power. The power is given by the Constitution. By rubbishing the sovereignty of the people that have given us the power and the supremacy of this Constitution in Article 2, we must then go to the Article 3 to defend this Constitution.
