    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, there is need for sensitization on this HELB loan because parents and guardians are not aware that it is a trap for their children who have borrowed these loans. This is because at the end of the day, the same parents will be approached and they will have to sell their land to pay the loan, since they are the guarantors. Some of the parents to these children who have accessed HELB loans could only be having a quarter an acre of family land. If that piece of land is sold to pay off the loan, where will the entire family go to?"
