    "content": "(a) Michael Foli Ongoro was initially arrested amongst other suspects for the offence of murder of the late Hesbon Ponge Kidera which took place on 13th March, 2010 at Lower Kadongo Location of Kisumu West District. However, after investigations, he was found not to have played any role in the crime and was subsequently released. The allegations raised against him were not supported by any evidence."
