    "content": "Article 109 says all Bills can be generated from the National Assembly, but no money Bill shall be generated from the Senate. The Senate has been asking this and they want to go to court: What is a money Bill? Surely, you do not need to be an economist, a finance expert or a lawyer to understand this. You just need to be literate and sober in your mind to understand that this is what the law and the Constitution says about money Bills. Article 114 (3) (a) to (e) states thus:"
