People might say this Motion is out of sibling rivalry or one House trying to push the other. It is not so! It is the supremacy of the Constitution. We are not siblings because we are older than them due to the powers and functions we have been given by the Constitution. The other day, I attended a Mediation Committee meeting and heard a Senator saying this is the national Senate. The Constitution states the “Senate” and not “National Senate”."
