    "content": "Since the inception of the Senate, it summons everyone and everybody without authority and that amounts to impunity. You cannot remodel the Constitution in accordance with your comfort. That, if you want to do something, you manipulate the Constitution and summon anybody as you wish. They say they are summoning everyone because of the word “Parliament”, but the Constitution says “with authority”. You must have the authority conferred to you by the Constitution to summon anyone you feel like. But these are just my opening remarks."
