    "content": "Kenyans should know that the positions of the Leader of the Majority Party and the Leader of the Minority Party in the Senate – which are not provided in any law - attract a lot of allowances, staff, chase cars and fuel guzzlers. This is where we are wasting public resources. Kenyans should be told the truth. Our resources are being wasted by ghost workers who have no mandate. They are in the Senate because county assemblies oversee county governments and the National Assembly oversees the national Government. What are they doing? We have to re- define it. If there is any referendum, we will re-define the Senate and we completely abolish it."
