    "content": "Hon. Senators, pursuant to Standing Order No.232(1), the Petition is committed to the relevant Standing Committee for consideration. In this case, I direct the Petition to the Standing the Committee on Lands, Environment and Natural. The Committee may invite the expertise of any other committee or Members of this House. In terms of Standing Order No.232(2), the Committee is required, in not more than 60 calendar days, from the time of reading the prayer which is today, to respond to the petitioner by way of a report addressed to the petitioner and laid on the Table of the Senate."
