"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to assure the hon. Member that maybe, what he is looking for is not what we mean by mobilization. Before the contractor will be seen patching, it will take some time because he has to acquire the site where he will store his machinery. The contract started on 16th July and is valid for a period of 12 months. As far as we are concerned as a Ministry, the contract is on course. So, it is not late and we have no reason to be worried."
