When the gazette notice came out, we found that people in the areas that my neighbour is talking about were not listed among those who were going to be compensated. Efforts by the leaders of that community to have relevant people to assist them have been futile. Therefore, I think we should do something about it. I was also made to understand about the problem. I even went to the CS and up to now, nothing has happened. I am told the community is now agitated. They do not know what to do. I think we should move fast and assure the residents that they are going to be compensated. Otherwise, it is a very nasty situation on the ground. I support this Petition."
