I beg to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development: (i) whether he is aware that Voi Railway Station is the third largest Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) station in the country that is serving thousands of local and international passengers visiting several tourist attractions in the area; such as the Tsavo East and West National Parks, and is the gateway to Tanzania; and, (ii) whether he could consider establishing a stop-over of the afternoon passenger express train at Voi Railway Station so as to offer services to the many passengers who are in need."
