    "content": "This is a matter of national interest. It is not about Mombasa or a certain community. It is about the interest of Kenya and improving on the port facilities of Mombasa. This hampers Government efforts to revitalise the KNSL whose revival is part of the Government’s development agenda. It, therefore, slows the implementation of the constitutional provision on the creation of employment opportunities for young people, especially those near the maritime resource areas.
