    "content": "Nevertheless, the Ministry has undertaken the necessary measures to ensure that priority is being given to the ongoing projects which include the above road before embarking on new projects. This will ensure that the projects are completed in good time. In line with this, my Ministry has instructed the contractor to submit the revised programme of works and mobilize more equipment so as to avert more delays."
