    "content": "(d) five other members, appointed by the Cabinet Secretary being— (i) two persons with professional qualifications in the fields of science and technology, law, trade, business or industry; (ii) two persons, one with professional qualifications in finance, and another person with professional qualifications in law or human resource management; and, (iii) one person with professional qualifications in consumer protection. (b) by inserting the following new sub clause immediately after sub clause (1)— “(1A) The persons appointed under subsection (1) shall be subjected to a competitive recruitment process taking into account the recommendations of the relevant professional bodies, gender and regional balance.”"
