We must remember that the body that we are enacting into law is a body that will be the custodian of the standard-keepers in this country. It is not a body that is going to carry out standardisation. It is a body that will be the keeper of the standard keepers. So, this is a superior body, and we should not bring in all manner of people, but for purposes of policy only. So, I think the Committee has got it and I support their positions."
