    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, my point is that the things that will be accredited are a range of the whole world. There is specialisation of the whole world. There is law, science, arts and agriculture. So, we cannot have all the professions that will be accredited in the Board. Secondly, the Board will have a secretariat. If there is need for specialised expertise, it will be found at the level of secretariat technical work. I want to convince Hon. Washiali that we then hope and believe that when recruiting the secretariat, which will comprise of a CEO and staff of the Board, expertise will be included."
