    "content": "Thirdly, this is a policy organ. Many a times even the Cabinet Secretaries (CSs) preside over critical national policy issues but they might not be experts in those particular lines. As long as a range of expertise is there and then we have a secretariat, the accreditation process will be done. As much as he wants to make amendments to Clause 7, he needs to also look at what has been provided for in Clauses 8 and 9 about committees of the Board and accreditation advisory committees.
