    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. That is a debate we also had. We looked at the Mwongozo which gives the guidelines. In Mwongozo, there are no vice-chairs provided for. We were of the opinion that most parastatals have a chair, a remunerated office, but there is no position of a vice-chair.
