When I look at Clause 7, I realise that it was a mistake in the first place even to start prescribing how the vice-chair will be identified. So, for that matter, I would like to support Hon. Kanini Kega that we stick to the Chair’s proposal. Most of the boards that exist have no vice-chairs. In the event that the chair is not available, then they just choose any other member to chair a sitting."
