    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I want to agree with my senior colleague, Hon. Millie. All over the world, the practice is that the board makes policy. The management offers expertise. The experts are supposed to sit at the management level, generate an idea and take it to the board for approval. You cannot bring experts at the board level. My idea is that the issue of co-opting board members should not arise anywhere. Co- option should be done at the management level where expertise is required."
