    "content": "Accreditation Appeals Tribunal. 11. (1) There is established a tribunal to be known as the Accreditation Appeals Tribunal, which shall hear and determine appeals emanating from the decisions of the Service. (2) The Accreditation Appeals Tribunal shall consist of five members being— (a) a Chairperson appointed competitively by the Cabinet Secretary from amongst persons qualified to be judges of the High Court; and (b) four other persons who possess expertise and knowledge in matters relating to accreditation, conformity assessment, standardisation or regulatory activities.
