    "content": " Yes, since all of us have been involved in this Bill for almost six months, it has become part and parcel of our blood system. I want to agree with Hon. Kimunya’s comments that this is a duplication or repetition of what has already been legislated. So, we need guidance on the process to drop amendments in Clause 12(b). On behalf of the Committee, I propose to drop the amendments in Clause 12(b). We retain Clause 12(a) and drop 12(b) because it is already covered and is duplication."
