    "content": "THAT, Clause 17 of the Bill be amended — (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “Chief Executive Officer” and substituting therefor the words “Corporation Secretary”; and (b) in sub-clause (2) by inserting the words “or any other person authorised in that behalf by a resolution of the Board”. The justification is to provide that the common seal of the Service shall be kept in the custody of the Corporation Secretary."
